TE Connectivity's (TE) Series 3 Power Density Circular Plastic Connectors (CPC) are designed to accept Type XII power contacts, which carry up to 25A per contact. The contacts accommodate a wire size range of 16AWG to 10AWG (1.4mm2 to 5mm2). Higher current applications can use High Current Type XII contacts (screw-machined with Louvertac bands), which carry up to 60A per contact using 8AWG wire. TE Series 3 Power Density Circular Plastic Connectors are available in both standard and reverse sex connector arrangements with 3 and 7 positions.
