Taiwan Semiconductor PHAD High Efficient Surface Mount Rectifiers
Taiwan Semiconductor PHAD High Efficient Surface Mount Rectifiers feature low power loss and high efficiency. These rectifiers utilize planar technology and have a Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) 1 as per J-STD-020. The PHAD6JH, PHAD8JH, PHAD10JH, and PHAD12JH surface mount rectifiers are AEC-Q101 qualified and are designed for automated placement. The PHAD rectifiers come in a ThinDPAK case with a molding compound that meets the UL 94V-0 flammability rating. These rectifiers are RoHS-compliant and halogen-free. Typical applications include DC to DC converters, lighting, switching mode converters and inverters, and snubber.Features
