KYOCERA AVX THH High Temperature Tantalum Capacitors offer a rated temperature range up to +230°C. The THH series consists of unique continuous operation SMD capacitors in ceramic case hermetic packaging. Features include high CV efficiency, temperature stability, long lifetime, and large case sizes, including CTC-21D, that provide high capacitance values (3.3µF to 470µF). KYOCERA AVX THH High Temperature Tantalum Capacitors have "J" lead (L-shape), "J" lead (flex), and undertab termination styles available.
