DEV-14629 LilyPad Light Sensor

SparkFun DEV-14629 LilyPad Light Sensor is a sewable breakout board designed to evaluate the built-in ALS-PT19 light sensor. The ALS-PT19 is a low-cost ambient light sensor that consists of a phototransistor in a miniature SMD package. The spectral response of the light sensor is close to the human eyes. This light sensor outputs a voltage between 0V and 3.3V depending on the ambient light's level. The more light applied to the sensor, the more current will flow from the board through the signal tab to the connected microcontroller. The LilyPad is a wearable e-textile technology creatively designed to have large connecting pads easily sewn into clothing. This breakout board comes with various input, output, power, and sensor boards. The light sensor breakout board is available in 20mm x 20mm dimensions.
