Power Integrations 2SP0115T2C0-17 is a compact, high-performance, plug-and-play IGBT driver. This driver is based on SCALE™-2 technology for individual and parallel-connected modules. 2SP0115T2C0-17 is a dual channel gate driver designed for 1700V 17mm dual IGBT modules. 2SP0115T2C0-17 has turn-on and turn-off gate resistors that are not assembled to provide maximum flexibility. The device also features an electrical interface with a built-in DC/DC power supply.

SCALE-2 Plug-and-Play Drivers

Power Integrations SCALE-2 Plug-and-Play Drivers are complete, ready to use, and tightly matched to a specific device. The drivers cover a large selection of high-power and high-voltage IGBT modules. This includes reverse voltages from 1200V to 6500V. The drivers are equipped with DC/DC converters, short-circuit protection, active clamping, supply monitoring, and more. Power Integrations Scale-2 Plug-and-Play Drivers are stand-alone products; they are not related to the Scale-2+ or Scale-2 driver ICs.
