1SP0635x-12 Single Channel IGBT Driver

Power Integrations 1SP0635x-12 Single Channel IGBT Driver is a compact, high-performance, plug-and-play gate driver designed for 1200V 130mm x 140mm and 190mm x 140mm IGBT modules. The master driver 1SP0635x2M1-12 features a fiber-optic interface with a built-in isolated DC power supply. 1SP0635x-12 can be used as a stand-alone driver or with up to three 1SP0635D2Sx-12 slaves to drive up to four parallel-connected IGBT modules.

SCALE-2 Plug-and-Play Drivers

Power Integrations SCALE-2 Plug-and-Play Drivers are complete, ready to use, and tightly matched to a specific device. The drivers cover a large selection of high-power and high-voltage IGBT modules. This includes reverse voltages from 1200V to 6500V. The drivers are equipped with DC/DC converters, short-circuit protection, active clamping, supply monitoring, and more. Power Integrations Scale-2 Plug-and-Play Drivers are stand-alone products; they are not related to the Scale-2+ or Scale-2 driver ICs.
