AL1692 LED Driver-Controllers

Diodes Incorporated AL1692 LED Driver-Controllers are platform-based design solutions for Triac-dimmable LED lamps. The AL1692 series is available in both controller-only and internal MOSFET versions. The internal MOSFET versions of the AL1692 LED provide a cost-effective solution with a compact PCB size and directly drive lamps rated from 3W to 20W. The controller-only version, when used with an external MOSFET, can support higher power applications up to 25W. Intended for offline Triac-dimmable LED lighting applications, the single-stage, buck-boost, non-isolated configuration of the AL1692 provides a high power factor and high Triac dimmer compatibility solution to meet NEMA SSL standards.

Offline LED Drivers

Diodes Incorporated Offline LED Drivers are designed to deliver highly accurate, constant output current to provide a high level of light quality and avoid flickering. Advanced technologies and architectures ensure high efficiency and reduce EMI. These offline LED drivers require few external components, offer a compact package size, enable lamp designers to reduce PCB footprint, increase power density, and raise overall product reliability. The series keeps start-up and operating currents low and uses dynamic base driver control and valley-mode switching to minimize transition loss and ensure high efficiency. Diodes Incorporated LED Drivers-Controllers feature comprehensive circuit protection, including overvoltage, short-circuit, and overtemperature facilities.

IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.
